Microsoft 365 Licences Management is the interface on Service Center where you can add or remove Microsoft licences

1 Your company has self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences

If your company has self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences, and you see offered licences when you go from Homepage to My tools - Microsoft 365 Licences Management, you will see similar like showed below.

If you would like to add a Microsoft licence that you don't see in offered licences in this Microsoft 365 Licences Management, contact our company and ask for that licence by creating a new case from page Cases.

2 Adding and removing licences

2.1 Order new licence

By clicking on + you can choose how many new licenses you would like:

And by clicking on Order - you will confirm the order of the licence(s):

While sending a request, this will be visible:

2.2 Add or remove licences

By clicking on + or - you can add or remove licence(s) and confirm your change by clicking on Apply:

2.3 Cancel licence(s)

By clicking on CANCEL you can remove all licence(s) of the same name:

Confirm if you are cancelling the licence(s):

2.4 Change log

In the change log, you can follow up on changes in the second tab:

3 Your company has self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences, but you don't see any licences

If your company has self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences, but you don't see any licences when you go from Homepage to My tools - Microsoft 365 Licences Management, you will see similar like shown below.

You can fill out the request form in order to activate the feature of self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences for your account on Service Center by adding administrator privileges.

4 Your company does not have self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences

If your company does not have self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences, when you go from Homepage to My tools - Microsoft 365 Licences Management, you will see a view similar to shown below.

You can fill out the request form in order to activate the feature of self-service management of Microsoft 365 licences.
