On the Homepage you have an overview of the following services:

  1. Monitoring & Documentation Tools
  2. Desktop Management
  3. Telephony
  4. Infrastructure Management

When you click on any of those fields, it redirects you to page Services from where you can choose a specific link that you need.

My account

You can choose:

  1. Personal details
    • You can update your personal information or change your password. By clicking on the button "Update", your changes will be saved.
  2. Business settings
    • This is visible only to the Administrator role
    • You can update the Billing Address, Delivery Address, Company Addresses, and Add new Office information. By clicking on the button "Update", your changes will be saved.
  3. Company users
    • This is visible only to the Administrator role
    • You have an overview of all Company User accounts
    • You can change the name, phone, language, email, and role of any user account or you can easily deactivate the user account by changing the status of the user.
    • You can create a new user. By clicking on the button "Create", the new user will be added.

Support Wiki

When you click on page Support Wiki, it is guiding you to help pages for ITAF where you can find all the information that you would need.

Chatbox

Click on a box on the left bottom of the screen, enter your name, email, and message and you will start a live chat.

You can send a transcript of the chat to your email.
